Hi,
I am looking for a tool I was using some years ago that I am pretty
sure I got from Microsoft, not sure about the name, does not seem to
be MSKLC unless there have been significant changes, the thing about
this tool that I remember was that it was possible to do a dump of all
the languages and keyboard layouts it had into a format that described
the mappings of the characters to the keys, scancodes etc.

For some reason I think the name started with something like uni..? at
any rate I have a personal project I would like to use this tool for,
if not that is there a repository of KLC files somewhere that one can
download the most common international keyboards from?

Hmn, actually I found I can do that with MSKLC as well, I guess the
number of languages it supports depends directly on the languages
installed on ones system.

Other information, the program I am remembering had a command line
property to tell it what language keyboard mapping to dump - anyone
know anything like that?
